Floating Mono first version 2018

Floating Mono is a typeface drawn by Roman Karrer that has been growing with the project since 2018. It started with a very reduced character set with only capital letters and a single cut. In 2019 an extended character set was added which now also includes all lowercase letters and accents. At the same time the font became variable and got different heights and in 2020 all weights from ultra-thin to ultra-bold. The proportional version to complete the set is still missing. The typeface also exists as a stencil variation, one physical copy of it can be found in the Floating University. The plan is to release the typeface as an open-source project somewhere in the future. If you are interested in a beta version please get in touch.
